Life unfolds like the sin theta graph — a sequence of highs and lows. Just as the curve oscillates, our lives also ebb and flow between moments of joy and challenges. You have your share of happiness, and sorrows. For me August ‘ 23 wasn’t super great. There are of reflections I have done, and I know I have to start enacting on it now. August reminds me to be always grateful of what you have, world will be unfair, conserve your energy, have good food, and hug more often.

Life often detours and finds us in unexpected places. However, with unyielding belief and determination, we can manifest grander dreams. A constant smile is my armor, a testament to my unwavering faith that challenges are fleeting, and optimism fuels progress.

As August fades, I carry its insights: gratitude, resilience, and the power of a smile. Just as the graph eventually returns to equilibrium, so does life — teaching us to navigate the undulating journey with grace. ( I generally say it to my friend — ‘ arey yaar, yeh bhi hojayega.’ )

You must be wondering what I have written now — it’s just the learnings from situation which I do not speak about to anyone sometimes. Also why to keep learnings with oneself, and why not share it. So here it is ( Do you wanna grab a coffee or chai? )

./ Whenever you feel stuck at a particular place as deep as ocean, and not knowing what to do. You have only one task to perform which is to give yourself numerous chances to excel. You may fail 100 times, but you will succeed for sure. Remember that your journey also requires patience.

./In my childhood years, I had a consistent habit of jotting down my ambitions. From as early as I can recall, I would meticulously record the test scores I aimed to achieve. Interestingly, more often than not, I found myself remarkably close to reaching those targets. To clear the rant in your head — write, write or scribble, scribble. It could be anything from your goals, prayers, reflections, learnings or recipe of rasam.

./ Whatever belongs to you, it will always find a way to you — there is nothing that’s meant for you that you will miss — believe in desires you have from the bottom of your heart. What yours will be always be yours, it cannot be taken away. ( aise bade bolte hai, and now I have started accepting it as well)

./ Even when you aren’t doing well — learn to help people. You may feel all doors are closed, but the instant you extend a helping hand to another person, you might uncover that doors previously unnoticed begin to swing open, perfectly aligning with your own journey.

./ Do not neglect the goals, dreams, health, sleep, friends, and family. Neglecting things eventually will make you things regret later. Live every moment of life with your whole heart, and put every sweat & blood into your work. Do not keep things for future. Future is scam, and it’s only present.

./ Your life is the series of your choices. Do not fear to excel. Most of the dreams crumbled because most of us are too scared of potential, and got comfortable with what you have today. ( I’m feeling this now :( — help if you can)

./ When you are going through times, you always forget the tougher times you had before. That’s the beauty of life, you are always in the moment, as you feel the moment completely in front of your eyes. Such low moments in your life will always be difficult, but this is what will make your heart kinder, and raise your vibrations.

./ Learn by doing. Learn to do than to think. Doing will take you to many more places.

./ Once in a while try to cancel the noise of society, you can hear the universe calling you. Try to find your calling.

./ Oh folks! This is so so true. If you accept your reality, flaws, background — if you are authentic to yourself — you will find similar people to be themselves around you.

./ There is a beauty in nothing. Sometimes do nothing, do not read, do not use phone, do not use laptop -just breathe, and take a small walk. Find a beauty of life, and for this we need to relax a bit sometimes.

./ Live more on inside than living outside. Do not waste your energy to proof your worthiness to others. Be more for yourself. Embrace the truth that your worthiness doesn’t require external affirmation

./ Wear your favourite dress. Go to your favourite place. Take that one flight. Do not wait for the right day, because you may never find. Make your life beautiful, and trust me all of us can make it.

./ Keep going! You do not always have to meet deadlines to excel. There’s no harm in wrapping yourself in the warmth of a cuddle and nestling under the protective cocoon of a blanket. Just as you would offer care to someone dear, extend that same tenderness to yourself.

./ Things works differently for different people. Do not compare your whole life with others. Everyone has their story, and you have yours. Trust the chapter of your story, it may be 10 pages or 20 pages behind — but you need to understand everyone has their own story because none of them has standard and fundamental way of living the life, and achieveing the dreams.

./ Gut feeling — this is your best friend. Do not ignore it at all.

./ Sometimes no response is a best response to a situation. Learn to respond than to reacct.

./ The world is always harsh. Sometime it’s harsh on you or sometimes on another being. Being gentle in this world — takes alot of heart. Believe in kindness as you always have done it, and do think this as an asset.

./With every act of kindness, you contribute to creating a more compassionate and humane existence, reminding us all of the beauty that can thrive within the harshest of circumstances.

./ You can run in all directions, why you do not run towards the joy? if you can, start running towards joy.

./ Learn to let go, and let the universe offers you something new.

Learning to enjoy small things ❤

./ None of your hardwork will ever go in vain. Waqt hai, thora zyda lamba chal gya hai, par guzar jayega. Have faith in yourself, and enjoy the process of i.t

./ A good day always begin with a good chai, and small gupshup with your loved ones.

./ Sleep is important. Hustle will only take you few steps ahead, but if you are in the long run, do not look for shortcuts.

./ Brew your coffee for the stronger essence.

./ Give your parents more love than usual. They need your time, and love always.

./ Bob Dylan song —

The answer, my friend
Is blowin’ in the wind
The answer is blowin’ in the wind
