I promise — you will be fine!
It’s another day, another evening! As usual everything seems fine but at the same time, I see a lot of folks going through different problems, and phases. I wish I could do anything to take away pain of people, but I am aware that each of us has limitations in what we can do.
This is going to be a random thoughts — which might make sense or not, but it’s okay — in the grand scheme of things, everything will be fine, won’t it?
/ One day hope will override some of your shadows in a way that you will learn to dance again in light. You might even laugh from the bottom of your heart, and you be like — ‘I didn’t feel like this since a long time, and I’m happiest at the moment’
/ Eventually your heart will realise whatever has happened, happened for the right reasons. You will be thankful that it ended the way it ended. Even in the present moment, it becomes very challenging for us to let it go. But only way to move forward is to let go of it gradually, and steadily. Take your time but do it.
/ Possibly, and most likely — you will miss the laugh, voice and presence of that person in numerous way. But you will be okay with the absence, and will learn to embrace it. It’s a challenging space to be in, but it’s a good space to be in where you have accepted the reality, and not under any illusion.
/ Do you recall the sight of flowers swaying in all directions during a thunderstorm? Some manage to withstand thunder, while others do not. Those that endure emerge even more resplendent once the storm subsides. This image serves as a reminder that storms have the power to make us wiser and stronger. I’m not urging you to unquestionably embrace this notion, but rather to find the patience within yourself to weather these challenges and be okay with it.
/ You will not always feel like you don’t belong. There is a place in this world waiting for you, where you will be embraced with boundless love and warmth. To reach this destination, you may have to navigate through some wrong paths, but each detour will bring you closer to the right place. I have personally experienced the journey of discovering my place after venturing through numerous wrong avenues, and I am certain that you will too. Trust in yourself and have faith that your rightful place in this world awaits you.
/The day your morning chai or coffee isn’t made well, your mood gets ruined, and consequently, everything else does too. However, sometimes a little kind interference from someone, like a compliment or a phone call from an old friend, Uber arriving on time, or a good song playing in the background while in an auto, and many more moments have the ability to make you forget about the bad coffee or chai. Similarly, life works in a similar way. It may take some time, but my dear bestie (as Gen Z says), everything will be fine.
/ Time is something we do not allow ourselves. We want to rush everything: the feeling of love, grief, pain, destinations, travels, conversations, cooking, and whatnot! We are in such a rush that we do not even reflect on the decisions we make before announcing them. Similarly, even in grief, we rush through it so much that we forget to process it. Take it slow and easy! It’s okay not to feel okay sometimes!
/ When was the last time, you walked across the lane, and not using your phone? World with social media comes with alot of distraction that we forgot how to be in the moment. Let’s just take a pause for a while, and enjoy the moment. Do not let the day pass, make the most of it. You will survive for sure, but it takes a lot to live the life. Do it :)
/ You do not have to rush everything at once. Take a moment to chill.
/ This is very important : some days are meant for doing nothing.
/ Reminder to everyone — ‘ Just take a one step ahead, you do not have to see the entire staircase to begin. Just start!’
/Instead of focusing on how far you have to go, instead focus on how far have you come. Take some time to remind yourself of your achievement, and take a moment to be proud at it.
No matter where you are in your journey, you are enough ❤
