When we feel lost?

When sunrise falls into realm of my bed, I hesitantly open my eyes to see the beauty of the first ray of my day. I gradually start my day with nothing but with excitement to have a coffee immediately after breakfast. Don’t you feel every day an excitement just before having a sip of your favorite coffee?

Gradually, and steadily I realized that how with every day, my joy of having a cup of coffee was declining, and it was just a cup of caffeine to my body so that I can get started with the work. Later I realized I wasn’t even able to get started with my work, by the time I get my second cup of coffee I have spent 80 percent of my time mindlessly scrolling on social media apps. That’s when I realized, I got lost, and I wasn’t able to find a way to reach my normal routine. It’s then when I noticed, it’s very important to keep an overall eye on one’s routine, and it can tell us whether we are okay or something is wrong with us.

This has happened to me last year, and it stayed with me for a few months. If I talk about how intense it might, you might need to brew a coffee for yourself to keep yourself away from drowning into it. So I refrain from saying exactly what has happened, but to fill your curious mind I would say, a day was filled with work, and all I was doing looking at a flower, and asking how did you manage to bloom even after a heavy thunderstorm? I wish flowers could answer it, but all I had to do is understand it’s a process, and how did it manage to surpass a heavy storm. All I could gather is to understand the beauty of calmness, one sometimes had to go through a heavy storm. You may leave a part of you in the storm but when you will come out you will be a sunshine in your world. When I was looking for human interaction, I didn’t realize nature could help me overcome my sadness. It took me months to let go of the parts, because it was hanging on my shoulder, and inflicting a lot more pain on my body. When I decided to let go, after few months I realized I have become a new whole being once again, when one wide morning I could wake up, pull off my curtains, and enjoyed my coffee once again.

It’s in between our daily schedule, we enjoy the part of life.
